Processing Time:

 Each piece of pendant is carefully handcrafted and polished. Therefore, please allow a processing time of 2 - 4 weeks before your order is ready to be shipped. During peak seasons or high order volumes, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Shipping Methods:

We partner with trusted shipping carriers to deliver your item. The available shipping methods and estimated delivery times will be provided during the checkout process.

 Depending on your location and shipping method chosen  cost,  delivery times may vary. Please note that the estimated delivery times are calculated from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement.

Shipping Costs:

The shipping cost will be calculated based on the shipping method selected and your shipping address. The exact shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process before you finalize your order.

Tracking Information:

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment and estimate the delivery date.

Please allow some time for the tracking information to be updated by the shipping carrier after receiving the tracking number.

International Shipping:

We offer international shipping however, please note that additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply depending on your country's regulations.

It is the responsibility of the customer to be aware of and cover any additional customs charges or import fees that may be incurred.

Returns: within 14 days of receipt of shipment for a credit or refund, less any applicable shipping charges. Item must be returned in its original packaging and not used or damaged.Once we receive the returned item ,we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refunds:If your item is damaged or defective, we will offer a full refund or a replacement, depending on your preference.To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item and provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect.Once we receive the returned item and verify the damage or defect, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
